This little rosette tree, I made her a couple years back.
I like her mantle, not sure how I will do mine this year.
a glimpse to the foyer
Nice trunk with baubles and a candle.
Til next time, hope I will be finished with my decorating in a few days
Your sister is way ahead of me, Betsy! Her mantle is so pretty with white elements. The rosette tree is very crafty, my friend. We have worked for three days on our so called pre-lit tree. The lights have been giving us fits. We gave up this afternoon and bought new lights. The tree is ten years old, so I guess it's time to buy a new one. I enjoyed getting a peek at your sister's decor. Hopefully you and I both will be sharing our own soon. I'm slower every year as well.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful decorations. Waiting to see more..
ReplyDeleteLove and hugs
thank you Krishna. I am trying to get my stuff together too.
DeleteDearest Betsy,
ReplyDeleteThat is quite an accomplishment so far by your sister!
We for decades don't put up a tree since we moved from Georgia to Pennsylvania and I did give away the tree and all...
The more we have visited the rest of the world, the more are dislike it and especially the overly commercial aspect of Christmas.
We try to keep it pure, religious, no gifts and just with the hand carved wooden Christmas figures from Italy...
Sending you hugs,
Mariette
Decorations look good … we are not doing ours until this weekend, but really looking forward to doing them :)
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
I think a lot of people are this year since thanksgiving was later this year. Takes a while to recover from that.
DeleteI haven't started yet. Those look pretty.
ReplyDeleteI am finally seeing an end I believe. Taking me a longer time.
